This guesthouse is just steps from the main street with shopping and restaurants, yet very quiet and offers great mountain views from the comfortable rooms. There is also a popular coffee shop just around the corner. There is ample parking and Garmisch-Partenkirchen train station is 25 minutes away. There is also a bus stop close to the guesthouse. All staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. We were given a welcome drink and a delicious freshly cooked breakfast.

Conveniently situated 1.5 km from the Hausberg ski lift in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Hotel Alpengruss features a terrace, and free WiFi. Hiking and cycling trails are easily accessible. Incredible stay for a weekend at this gem in the Alps. The room was absolutely lovely, super clean and tastefully decorated, with the best shower and comfortable bed that I have seen in awhile at a hotel. The breakfast spread was definitely a proper one - tons of options and is open nice and early, perfect for trekking. The location is also convenient to start hiking from on the various routes in the areas.

The Hotel Föhrenhof is situated in a peaceful area on the edge of a forest in Farchant, just 3 km from the Garmisch-Partenkirchen. Beautiful location, tranquility and comfort, close to hiking routes and buses if you want to see Eibsee. Very close to local restaurants and shops. Perfect location to view Zugspitze. Delightful experience!

Close to everything by foot and a wonderful sightseeing! We spent a week with 3 young children and everyone enjoyed the place! I truly appreciate and recommend it!

Se oferă la locație WiFi gratuit în toată proprietatea și parcare privată.... It might seem that I exaggerate, but we really had the time of our lives!! Thanks to the hotel, Simon, and the beautiful area. Me (27M) and my girlfriend(23F) could not have found a better place. We were well prepared (or so we thought) and knew exactly what to do, where and when, until we met Simon. He was super friendly and helped us refine our activities with secret local spots and choosing the right day for each activity. For my girlfriend and me this was perfect. (Even if you are not so well prepared Simon will point you towards all the gems exactly tailored to your wishes.) The appartment itself is super clean and recently renovated (while keeping the rustic alpine style). We loved the cozy wooden interior and the bed was very comfortable (including the pillows!!). I almost forgot the great view, see the photo. The location directly at the Fernpass road B179, was ideal for us. We had many things planned such as Zugspitze, Neuschwannstein, Drachensee, Partnachklamm, Breitachklamm and canyoning, which were all within 1h driving (many even much less). This was ideal for us and made a super action packed, beautiful vacation possible for us. Last but not least Simon made a custom mountainbike loop exactly to my wishes, which was one of the coolest (and hardest, cardio wise) experiences I have had in a while, completely for free. He has an amazing collection of bikes which you can borrow for free. With that I would like to conclude that I can only very much recommend staying here. Best wishes, R & E

Our hosts, Angelica and Thomas were very friendly and welcoming, and helped us with things we needed during our stay. The apartment was very clean and felt like home. The Location is great for traveling, hikes, runs, and attractions with the kids.
