They were very kind and helpful. We were overwhelmed by how they welcomed us—with even a basket of fruits and drinks because we had a delay and informed them that we would arrive later. The room is very pleasant, spacious, and clean. New facilities and everything very good. Wonderful breakfast. My young children loved the place. Definitely, on our return to the Interlaken area, we will look for them to stay there again.

The decor is a little dated, but it is very clean, and not shabby. The breakfast was adequate, no complaints. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was great, just what we wanted. The only down side was no air conditioning. It was warm, but we just slept with a window open, so not an issue. Hotel location is lovely with stunning views. Plenty of parking too.
