Beautiful and clean room with a great terrace. Homemade confiture that was served with breakfast from fruit grown on the property was the best I’ve ever had.

Wir hatten einen kostenlosen Stellplatz vor dem Haus für unser Motorrad, Getränke, Snaks und Süßigkeiten. Abends vor dem Haus zu sitzen und einfach entspannen in dem wunderschönen Garten mit Hängematte 😉. Wir waren nur auf Durchreise, aber wir kommen definitv wieder. Wir können die Unterkunft von Herzen empfehlen 🤗🥰.

We had a wonderful stay at Ristorante le Bucce di Gandria. The room was cozy, clean, and full of character, exactly what you'd hope for in a small, lakeside hotel. What really made it special, though, was the view. Waking up to look out over Lake Lugano, with the mountains framing the water and the quiet little village of Gandria below, was something we won’t forget. The location is perfect if you're looking for a peaceful retreat that's still close to everything. It's just a short drive or boat ride to Lugano, and you're right near the Italian border too, which made day trips really easy. Gandria itself is tiny, charming, and full of atmosphere. Wandering its narrow lanes felt like stepping back in time. We also loved the slower pace and quiet evenings here. It was the kind of place where you can actually hear the lake. Highly recommend if you're after a mix of comfort, scenery, and a real sense of place.
