The staff was super friendly and accommodating especially mr Hani. They offered us a bigger room with a great view on the pyramids. The room was clean and comfortable .I liked the breakfast .it was nutritious ( foul, falafel , eggs , coffee or tea , bread , jam) .The dinner was good as well (fried chicken , juice , salad , Tahina sauce , pickled vegetables). The location is great if you want to visit the pyramids as it’s very near to the ticket office (10 min walking ). Highly recommended ! Thank you mr Hany and the staff.

With an incredible view and a very nice terrace. Anna, the owner, helped us a lot. She even sent us a driver to the airport. All very friendly and helpful. More than a hotel, it feels like a family. I would come back quietly.

The pyramid view is no joke. It really is a beautiful view where you can eat your breakfast or diner with a crazy view from the pyramids. That will be the best thing about this hotel. Staff is really nice and ready to help. They have a guy whose only job is to escort you safe if you want to exchange money, food or souvenir. It was all free of charge

The staff were incredibly nice, helpful, and went above and beyond, even allowing us a late check-out. The service was excellent, the view was stunning, the suite was spacious, and everything was spotless. We took a Careem taxi to get to the Pyramids and it is closeby.

The view is great, the bathroom is nice, bedroom lovely. If you need anything, they are gonna help you. Near pyramids too, if you are going there. Good location close to the Sphinx entrance of the Pyramids and with pyramid view. Room was very clean and comfortable with a nice outdoor terrace. Breakfast was excellent. I was grateful to be allowed to leave my bag in the room and check out late after visiting the Pyramids.
