Boasting a shared lounge and free WiFi, Antika Snoga is located in Avila, 200 metres from Avila Cathedral and 400 metres from Torreón de los Guzmanes. The staff were unbelievable. In my ignorance I booked a train from Madrid and back. They went on line and searched all the options and showed me how the bus was 60 Euros less and 2 hrs faster. I didn't ask them to do this they just volunteered. I really can't recommend this place highly enough. Do yourself a favor and stay here if you can.

Most enjoyable Stay on the Camino.so far I was fortunate to have a second floor room with a balcony .. The hostess kindly provided a table so that we could enjoy a romantic meal of locally produced food and wine overlooking the square in the warmth of the spring sun.. The room was large ,decorated beautifully the bed comfortable, and hostess charming and very helpful. Couldn't ask for more. Magnificent. and a must stay at Carron de los Condes. Alan

Featuring 1-star accommodation, Hostal Doña Juana is situated in Avila, less than 1 km from Avila City Hall and a 14-minute walk from Avila County Council. I stayed in this hostal for two weeks, and it was the best place I’ve stayed at in Ávila so far. The staff were extremely friendly and patient, also with the fact that my Spanish is far from perfect. One of the staff even used their phone translator to talk with me about my day ! Room cleaning was done everyday, and if you chose to not have it for one day it would definitely be done the next day, so that everything stayed clean, including fresh towels and sheets everyday. I also got free drinking water everyday and even the little tray with tiny candies was refilled. The room had a spacious bed that was very comfortable, a wardrobe, a desk and even a tv. The bathroom had a sink, a toilet and a big shower with two different shower heads, and nice warm water. The location was perfect, almost literally in El Grande (Plaza de Santa Teresa) with the walls, all kinds of shops and little stores nearby and enough places to eat. Despite being near El Grande I wasn’t bothered by noise at all during the night. The hostal had a nice quiet atmosphere, but very open and friendly. The floors themselves were also cleaned everyday and everything smelled nice. I am incredibly satisfied with my stay and would 100% recommend this hostal!

Hostal Granada is located just 8 minutes’ walk from Salamanca’s Plaza Mayor, near the popular tapas bars of Van Dyck Street. It offers free Wi-Fi and air-conditioned rooms with private bathrooms. Location is excellent close to all the main attractions of the city. Host was very kind and easy to communicate. Save and warm environment.
