I stayed at this hostel and really enjoyed it. The kitchen is small but fully stocked — you can easily cook anything, from pasta to something fancy if you’re feeling ambitious. The staff were fantastic: friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist. There are two bathrooms, which was totally enough — no morning lines or hallway crowding. Free laundry was a huge bonus, especially when your clothes start smelling like “adventure.” There’s also a cozy common room — a great place to eat, work, or just chill. The location is right in the city center. Everything you need is within walking distance — shops, cafes, and attractions. Important for drivers: I came by car, and access to the courtyard is through a barrier gate. Be sure to let them know in advance that you’re driving so they can open it for you. I didn’t, and had to improvise a bit 😄 P.S. The administrator is a legend — super chill, always smiling, and really helpful. And major respect to the owner — it’s awesome to have a place like this in Batumi, with good vibes and great people. Thanks for the warm and welcoming atmosphere!

The view is amazing, and the outdoor areas of the property are very pleasant. Sitting on the balcony surrounded by quiet nature is a highlight. The staff were also nice and helpful. This place can work very well if you come as a group of four to six people, bring food in advance, and plan to stay on the property to enjoy the space together.

One of the best, rooms bit small but super clean, bed mattress very comfortable, water pressure and temp is super, the hosts Saso and Shushana are very nice and freindly 🌹. and special thanks to their son (Rudi) he speaks english very well and helped us with every thing during our stay. A good resturant (Riviera) is 7 min walking and they serve very delicious food. near by beach (~15 min's) walking. Downtown/ boulevard is (~35 mins) walking. Over all this guest house is totally recomended 👍.

This is the best place I have stayed in my Georgia trip. Room was very spacious and well lit with a cute sitout area. It's located very close to the center and big supermarket is at its doorsteps.. kitchen is also fully equipped. Host were super friendly and welcoming. If I visit Batumi again, I will definitely stay here and recommend others as well.

Cozy Guest House in Old Batumi menawarkan bilik di Batumi berhampiran Masjid Batumi dan Air Pancut Neptun. The owners are inteligent, kind, polite and friendly.They take care of every single detail related to guest's comfort. Location is great! It's a city center - 100 metres distance from Piazza Batumi and Saint Nicholas Orthodox Church. Guesthouse is in a really cosy and quiet place! Nearby are many souvenir shops, coffee houses, cafes and restaurants. Highly reccomended!

Guest House Gantiadi terletak di tepi pantai di Batumi, 7-minit berjalan kaki dari Monumen Ali dan Nino dan 3.9km dari Stesen Keretapi Batumi. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable. The host is very nice. We could leave our bags there even after check out.
