Beautiful view, easy to go down the city by 30 min walk or 5-10 min taxi to the city. Great host recommended a lot of places to go. Host washed the laundry for me at very cheap price. Super cheap for great quality. I would come back here!!

The guests were lovely, the breakfast was so satisfying and fresh, home-made😌. We also had a place to spend our evening, on the balcony, outside. Tea and coffee were available for no charge at all. A place we truly recommend!

While this location might not be the best for those without a vehicle, if you do, the view from the room / yard is wonderful!

The room itself was very clean, well-maintained and looked just like the pictures. All the amenities and items that were described on the website were in the room. The lady at the front desk was very nice and answered all our questions. If I were to return to Kutaisi I would definitely choose to stay here. I would definitely recommend the place.

Staying in a small house next to the owners on their farm. Super clean and lovely views, and perfect to walk to the Okatse Canyon (we couldn't due to rain) and close to the Martvelli Canyon and Prometheus Caves. Daughter speaks great English and v helpful. They offer dinner and breakfast for an extra charge, and we had a delicious dinner for 20 GEL each. Highly recommend.
