Near the hotel, shops, tourist information and currency exchange agents can be found - anything a traveller needs. The owner was very helpful, providing information about Borjomi and the neighbourhood, and, was waiting for me upon my arrival.

She has excellent cooking skills and the breakfast was amazing. I could even eat a complete set. Boss Pirlo is very friendly and introduced the surrounding attractions and restaurants. He also has affordable and high-quality homemade wine. I really want to go again for the garden, breakfast, and mountain scenery.

It is second time when we stay at this hotel and it is amazing, hospitality is on high level, draft home made beer is super tasty. Also you can try local food very well cooked! The atmosphere is so calm - nature, mountains around pool. Room is clean and comfy. I would definitely come back more! Also recommend you not to use main road if you are coming from Tbilisi, try instead road through the lakes Paravani and Tsalka, this road is super beautiful!
