Galaxidaki is for us the absolutely best place to stay in Galaxidi. It is placed strategically in the liveliest location of the town, yet secluded enough to have peace and serenity. The rooms on the second floor have a stunning view on the city, parts of the pier, the opposite forest and the mountains in the far. Moreover, the rooms are very nicely decorated and equiped, clean, tidy and cozy. It was an absolute pleasure spending time there. The host cared about every little detail and left in the rooms materials on what to see in Galaxidi and the surrounding area. She even left complementary welcome gifts, which is realy heartwarming. The host was also very throughtful of our privacy regarding to agree on times when to refresh the bed sheets. To conclude, being experienced travellers in Greece, I would confidently say that Galaxidaki is among the best accomodations in the country, and would be happy to spend time there again.

We absolutely loved EVERYTHING about this stay. The site's photos were accurate and it was just as lovely in person. The beds were super comfy, which was SO appreciated after walking all of the archaeological sites and hills. It is a very hilly town with tons of steps! My daughter loved the loft spaces and didn't mind the ladder. One of them was very creaky, but that wasn't a nuisance. Our host was attentive and answered any questions promptly. The breakfast was provided in pre-packaged servings, which were very generous. It was nice to have the WC separate from the shower, with an extra sink. There were tons of toiletries provided and our towels were refreshed daily. The location was just a couple of blocks from the main street and it was super easy to get everywhere. While we couldn't park on site, there is lots of free parking available within a few blocks and it was nice to be able to have a car to explore the various sites. Arachova was a true highlight of your trip, and I would HIGHLY recommend the town and the Blue Mountain Guesthouse. If you stay, Jay Oh! has the most amazing mixed platter and a great outdoor seating area. We went both nights and it was one of the top meals we have had in Europe.

We stayed at Ampolis Guest House and everything was perfect! From the moment we walked in, the place felt warm and cosy. The host had thoughtfully provided timber for the fireplace, which made our stay even more relaxing. The bed was very comfortable, and the breakfast provisions were incredibly generous—plenty for lunch and dinner as well. The location was very central, just a short walk to all the shops and taverns. We were also thrilled to wake up to a snowy morning during spring—it made the experience even more magical. We’ll definitely be returning next time we’re in Arachova!

Amazing guesthouse ,only 2 mins drive from Galaxidi centre. Very comfortable apartment, spotless clean, great facilities and amenities. Hospitality of the owner George and his mother melted our hearts. They welcomed us with open arms. The fridge was full with great products. Owner always friendly and willing to help. We would definitely visit again.

Very clean and cozy, with amazing view of Arachova. The room was clean and the staff was very friendly. Breakfast was more than enough. Highly recommended!!

The owner is a great lady who gave us an apartment instead of the room (that we booked) - just because she had it available at the moment. Also very nice.breakfast, with flexible breakfast time. We had a lovely time, and we would be happy to come back again.
