Beautiful and convenient seafront location in the old town. Clean and comfortable with good faculties. Excellent communication with the owner. Well priced. I’d happily stay here again.

Dotato di una terrazza e un bar, Pansion Lipa è posizionato a Blato, a 35 km da Korčula Bus Station e 35 km da ACI Marina Korčula. The place has been recently fully renovated. It is in excellent condition, both the bathroom and the room, which is of good size. The room has a refrigerator and a cattle - much appreciated. The staff are super friendly. The location is central in Blato, just a short drive from Vela Luka. The parking is along the street (sometimes busy as it is free) and just across the street (payable between 7 am and 8 pm, always available and not expensive - 1.2 EUR per hour or 12 EUR a day). A grocery shop is next door to the hotel. This accommodation is really good value for money. We were very happy. If you are looking for a hotel with a sea view, this is obviously not the place, but if you are exploring Korčula and you need a nice place to stay, at a super reasonable price at the peak of the season, this is it.

Very good place, as modern and clean as it looks like in the pictures! Our studio apartman was lovely decorated, and with the light yellow and blue colors made us happy feeling even in winter. We had to heat with the aircon, that is also modern so it had very quiet voice during operation. All furnitures were comfortable, also the bed! Full sets of plates, glasses and wine glasses all were in good condition. Warm welcoming, helpful and really caring owner lady, she brought us sweets and cakes many times. We highly recommend it, a very good choice also in winter season!

Location, quality, service, size and space were superb. We walked to the water taxi every day to scuba dive across the bay; then walked to dinner and home to bed - couldn’t have been easier!
