Mike went above and beyond to make sure I had what I needed. He even upgraded my room and arranged for my airport transport. The room and the entire home was super clean (and I have high standards!). Mike's check-in directions were very easy to follow and the entire experience was very easy and smooth. The location was perfect for me and Mike was very responsive to all my questions pre and post booking.

They also served us breakfast at our second day even though it wasn’t included!!.. the location is near to Aqsa mosque . Very nice people to deal with!! Going to come back every now and then . This place is truly one of the best I've stayed in, and I travel a lot. Excellent service, attention to details, little chocolatey presents when checking in and a surprise little sweet bag when checking out that's what I call a true hospitality! That being said, great location, 7 min walk from the tram station, as well as walking distance to the ancient city and all the sights, lots of restaurants and cafes nearby, super comfortable bed, and an amazing price.

The environment of the guesthouse was exceptional. The ambience was magical. The architectural details and the vaulted rooms captured the essence of historic Jerusalem.
