His place feels just like home. They also have a very pretty and nicely maintained garden filled with a variety of flowering plants and trees.

Great location, a warm and welcoming host, and an incredibly smooth check-in process. Our host went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable and memorable stay. She not only shared valuable recommendations on places to visit but also took the time to chat with us whenever we met, making us feel truly at home. She was genuinely interested in getting to know us and also told us lot of things about Goa, which made our stay even more special. Her hospitality made it feel like a home away from home. Everything was very nice and good maintenance, we love the balcony. It was also just a 15 minutes walk to the beach if you take a shortcut. And that really made it outstanding. Lots of eating joints also in walkable distance and convenient store to purchase anything and everything. Edward is very nice and guiding us in many things also in booking the tours and booking taxi. It was a very big help for us and we really enjoyed the stay and definitely plan to go again. Will definitely recommend it with a double 5 star .

The property is situated as part of a lovely fine dining restaurant. The room was large,airy and very clean. The bathroom was modern with toiletries supplied. It’s in a fantastic location with the beach just a short walk away. Lots of cafes and bars to choose from just outside the hotel, however despite this it was still very peaceful at night. What stands out about this property is the host, Jack, and all the staff at the hotel. We’ve had regular communication with the host since booking. He was particularly kind when we realised we’d brought the key with us from the last hotel. He arranged for the key to be returned with no hassle on our part. The front door man and caretaker were extremely friendly and helpful. If we ever come to Candolim again I wouldn’t hesitate to book here again and would totally recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the area. Thanks again for a wonderful stay 😊

If you want to experience the real soul of Goa this is the place you have to choose. First things first... Location is perfect, the whole Arambol; beach, restaurants, shops etc are within walking distance. If you want to stay in the house there is a cosy common place where you can spend your time, making new friend from all over the world, have time together with other guests and maybe even make music together in the evening if you like. Bunty and Haley are always there to assist you. They are really helpful. They answered all our needs, gave us tips about Goa with a warm heart. Thanks for your hospitality guys...

The property is beautiful and as mentioned in the picture. The location is quiet and quaint and the staff are cooperative and very helpful.The rooms are spacious and have a beautiful common area for breakfast, lunch and dinner. It's a 5 star stay at a 3 stat rate for sure.

The property was maintained in a very clean way and all facilities that are required for a comfortable stay were immaculately available. The property owner, Mr. Mir was just the most helpful and nicest host. He helped me with the itinerary and in renting out scooter. He was available at the property for any sort of help that was required. A very warm and peaceful stay, it was, all thanks to Mir!

Property is very clean and hygienic. Walkable to the beach. The property owner Mr. Glen is very helpful and genuinely guides you with everything you need in Goa. Mainly I had the room from 16-18 but due to my kids school I had to change the dates 2days ahead and I was worried about last minute changes that if I could get the property to stay. Booking.com it said sold out but later I called the owner Mr Glen and told the issue and he was so kind to understand the issue and help me move my dates without any extra charges and this is only with him I think. Usually as we check in to any hotel they ask for the payment first but here till I myself opened up and asked he didn’t even ask for payment. This is very very rare. Thank you so much for the wonderful hospitality Glen. See you
