Miyajima Guesthouse Mikuniya is a traditional Japanese-style guesthouse located on Miyajima (Itsukushima). Very welcoming staff and overall nice atmosphere in a beautiful house. The dorm room was spacious. Inclusion of curry for dinner and simple breakfast are a great plus for the price. The location is perfect, close to the floating Tori gate. I didn't use any of the onsen but it's nice they provide this facility.

Staying in a 100+ year old traditional Japanese home was an amazing experience, and the fact that we had the whole house to yourself made it even better. In addition, the host was so kind and helpful and really went out of his way to make our stay memorable. He gave us great recommendations for dinner and helped us make reservations. The room was very spacious, the beds were very comfortable, and every amenity you could possible need was provided.

Per essere la prima guest house che utilizzo è stato un inizio fantastico! Enorme, pulitissima e con spazi ben organizzati. Il personale é super preparato e ti fa fare un giro della struttura prima di consegnare le chiavi della camera. Inoltre ci hanno consigliato ristoranti in zona e fatto avere una mappa dell'isola con tutte le indicazioni sui principali luoghi di interesse. La camera é in stile giapponese, arredata con gusto ed é stato stupendo soggiornarvi.
