A well-run hostel in a former elementary school. Dorm style rooms, shared bathrooms, all very clean. In walking distance from Magome village center and start of Nakasendo trail. Friendly and helpful staff shares recommendations for breakfast and dinner places. If you come to hike the trail, there is no need for a five- star hotel facility. I would return to this place any time and will definitely recommend it to friends...

熱海温泉 実の別荘 se găsește în Atami, la aproximativ 19 minute de mers pe jos de Atami Sun Beach și la 27 km de Gara Hakone-Yumoto. Close to 来宮駅 Kinomiya Station just next to Atami. I could walk to Kinomiya shrine from the hotel. Nice view from the room seeing birds and squirrel and I could see the Hatsushima Island. It is very peaceful atmosphere around this area. The Hotel was clean and a nice big size. Private spring bath was great! There was a large window in the lounge room morning sun shine straight through. Owner of this hotel was very kind and helpful. I am very happy to find this Hotel.

Effective October 1, 2025, a lodging tax will be introduced by ordinance of Takayama City. In addition to the room charge, 100 yen per person per day will be charged. Lovely staff and very clean property. We stayed in the dorm room and it was spacious and the facilities were all very well kept. Quick walk to the train/bus station and lots of restaurants and shop also a short walk away

さかのみち-sakanomichi se află în Nakatsugawa, la 3 minute de mers pe jos de Magome Observatory, și include un lounge comun, un bar și vedere la munte. The Sakanomichi is a gem. My daughter and I stayed here for 3 nights in February. Ken san and Yuki san were delightful. The property was very clean and comfortable. They renovated the inn themselves and you can see care and attention in every detail from materials used to decor. The food was delicious and much of it was grown (rice) or made (plum wine) by Ken or Yuki. They provided great recommendations for restaurants and side trips. They ensured we were prepared with all the details required to ensure we had successful adventures. We are so lucky to have we picked the Sakonomichi. It was sugoi!!!

Shared kitchen, microwave, kettle etc so you can self-cater with food from supermarket (next door). Very comfortable rooms with Japanese style bedding - new build so everything clean and modern. Hostess is lovely and communicates through a language translation app.

長徳寺宿坊 Temple Hotel se află în Shingu, la aproximativ 5 minute de mers pe jos de Kamikura Shrine și la 700 m de Kumano Hayatama Taisha. The room was exceptionally clean, and the staff were friendly and communicative. The apartment was very convenient to many bus lines that run through Shingu. You can take the bus a few steps away from the apartment the main sights.

GUESTHOUSE YANAGIYA se află în districtul Magome din Nakatsugawa, aproape de Toson Memorial Museum, și include WiFi gratuit și mașină de spălat. The accommodation was clean and cosy, and Kento-san was most friendly and welcoming. Privacy was a plus point too. Highly recommend.
