They made sure you're a well cared for. Went out for coffee in the morning, got some breakfast at the local market. Even took me on an outing for the day to their second property in the country. Anut, John and I had some great conversations. I hung out with Kimlang and UTI in the gardens. Kimlang is an excellent cook. I would highly recommend meal there. The room was nice and the bed was very comfortable. And they were just nice people to hang out with. He will just love a Anut's smile.

Hotel acogedor, precios increíbles, staff maravilloso! No podría decir nada malo de este hotel. La niña de recepción muy amable, nos ayudó en todo, a reservar tours, nuestro bus a Siem Reap, etc. Volvería aquí sin pensar.

Lux Guesthouse está en Battambang, a 8 min a pie de Colonial Buildings y a 1 km de Battambang Museum. This was my second stay of 13 nights at the Lux Guesthouse; last time was in February 2024. Was allocated Room 3001 initially, but the air conditioner wasn't working. Was moved into 3002 which was a better room as it had a double bed and a single. I used the single to lay out my belongings as there is no wardrobe. Large room and good bathroom. Room was serviced about 7 times this visit. Love the access to the swimming pool at the Villa Lux Hotel.

It is near to some of the attractions and it was a quiet and basic place with very few tourists around. One could have a meal right there and it was cheap and good. The staff was helpful and tried their best to keep me comfortable.
