Host Ashan is incredibly kind and helpful. Location is a 9 min tuktuk ride from the heart of Kandy (the hotel has one) which is absolutely worth it to enjoy the view and peaceful stay at Terrace Kandy. The owner has a large orchard. In a corner of the orchard, there is a beautiful botanical garden, which was designed by the owner himself. We stayed in this botanical garden. You can imagine how beautiful it is! In addition, the hotel owner has a very polite son and a naughty and lovely daughter. We felt very happy playing with them.

Smile Hub Kandy -Youth Hostel- terletak di Kandy, 3.9km dari Sri Dalada Maligawa dan 3.9km dari Muzium Kandy. This is a good hostel with lots of facilities. The owners are very helpful and friendly. We are happy to have met Yama. If we come to Kandy again, we will definitely stay here again. The room was really clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay there.

Being in the middle of nature, you can expect the delightful sounds of wildlife, including peacocks. It truly adds to the charm of the place. One of the highlights of our stay was the Sri Lankan food. The meals were not only delicious but also generously portioned. I highly recommend skipping outside restaurants and instead asking the staff to prepare dinner for you—you won’t be disappointed!
