Amazing place. The Staff was super helpful. They took us from the bus stop. Everything was so comfortable. Room was the cleanest compared to Other places we stayed in Sri Lanka. They arranged a very nice safari tour. We saw leopard and lot of animals .i think better you booked the safari earlier because their safari jeeps also busy. Highly recomended ..

I loved a lot that the staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool was clean and at any time accessible, the rooms were tidy, clean, and very spacious. Large balcony, private and quiet. The location was great too. I spent there 2 nights and it was very relaxing. The breakfast was delicious too. Definitely recommend this place. Great value for the money!

The lady who owns the guest house is one of the most kind and helpful person that we met since arriving in Sri Lanka. The room is very clean and confortable, the guest house very peaceful. Wonderful, very clean accommodation with the most beautiful pool we’ve experienced so far. Very friendly and family-like service, and an incredible variety of exotic wildlife, especially birds. Secluded dream beaches within walking distance (though unfortunately very rough at this time of year). Lots of restaurants just a few minutes’ walk away. A true piece of authentic Sri Lanka. Thanks also for the nice birthday surprise for my daughter! Unforgettable stay!

The stay was perfect. The room was massive and quiet, exactly what you need to relax.😘 Loved the enjoyed freedom . The staff members are super helpful and polite. The location is perfect, next to the beach and restaurants.

The air conditioning worked well plus a strong ceiling fan. The room was clean as well and the host provided an adapter in the room. He also welcomed us with two fresh coconut waters and on the morning of our safari at 5am he was kind enough to make us coffee. On our last day he gave us fresh watermelon slices before checking out. We were also picked up and dropped off from the bus station by the host. Very helpful and kind. Would recommend

Thank you Chami and Dalu for another wonderful time (3rd time) at your place! We will for sure come back again a fourth time!! It is not possible to describe how special this place is and we highly recommend everyone to come here and experience it yourself. Heaven in Satinwoods is our favorite place in Sri Lanka and also the food here is just the best that you can get. So if you come to this place, you should definitely try the rice and curry. From the first second we arrived at this place, we felt like staying in paradise. We were welcomed with a fresh juice, some wet towels to refresh our faces and a flower necklace. The rooms are very spacious, there is an A/C in every apartment and it is very clean. Also you have drinking water in the room, so you don’t need to buy water. You can just bring empty water bottles and reuse them, which is really great. Also this place has a wonderful garden with many beautiful trees, plants and flowers and you can watch many different animals like giant squirrels and really beautiful birds! Το Blue Birds Tissa & Yala safari βρίσκεται σε Tissamaharama, σε απόσταση 2,5 χλμ από το σημείο ενδιαφέροντος Tissa Wewa και παρέχει καταλύματα με κήπο, δωρεάν ιδιωτικό χώρο στάθμευσης, κοινόχρηστο... We stayed at Blue Birds Tissa for one night to do the morning safari at Yala National Park. Priya organized our pick-up from Ella and welcomed us with a fresh coconut drink. We also had lunch and dinner at the home stay which were freshly made and really delicious. The room was clean and providing everything you need. The location is close to a lake where Priya took us on a free bird’s safari in the afternoon. He also organized the safari to Yala NP and the transport to our next location. Priya and his family are going above and beyond to give their guests the best stay possible to a reasonable price. Thanks again for our great stay!
