Wish we had booked for longer! Great pool with lots of sun loungers and beanbags. Owner is also a chef. We had a wonderful breakfast and wish we had more time to experience his cooking for lunch or dinner. Were also very helpful arranging Yala safari for us ☺️

Location bellissima e tranquilla, a 5 min dalla spiaggia di tangalle. Per arrivare in centro o dove c è più vita , serve un motorino o tuk tuk.. in 5 min ci arrivi, very easy. Personale gentilissimo !

Jami Hotel was the highlight of our trip! Not only was our stay extremely comfortable, but the owner really took care of us. We saw animals from the restaurant, including a monitor lizard, crocodile, king fisher, parrots, etc. The best part was the safari they organized for us. We saw 3 leopards and a sloth bear during our full day safari. They even prepared our breakfast and lunch with plenty of water. We had prebooked with a different safari company the day before and were a bit disappointed with the first trip. With Jami, we really couldn't ask for a better driver or a better host. They made our stay so special.

You feel you are close to nature. Lodge feels new and fresh. Bathroom is nice, a European standard, so not common. But most of all owner and manager give each tourist attention and are open to help. We had a great dinner at the lodge, so it’s worth trying, owner is a man of many talents. Last but not least pool is well maintained and water felt great like silk. Beach is close by, waves were crashing hard but if you swim further it’s calm.

I can't say enough great things about this homestay! They arranged our transfer from Ella and arranged a morning and afternoon safari for us. We were greeted with a delicious cold coconut water, in the coconut. We chose the breakfast and dinner option which makes so much sense because the town is a bit of a walk and after a safari all day (4:30 am to 6:30 pm) it is great to have dinner at the homestay. Both dinners we had were excellent, I think the best food we've had in Sri Lanka! They also pack a breakfast to go on your safari day because of leaving so early. When you wake up they have coffee and bananas for you before leaving. Our room was a great size, ac and hot water worked well. The owners are very kind, friendly and even drove us to the bus stop, stayed with us and made sure we got on the right bus. I highly recommend Tissa Rainbow for your stay while exploring Yala National Park, you won't regret it!

Thank you Chami and Dalu for another wonderful time (3rd time) at your place! We will for sure come back again a fourth time!! It is not possible to describe how special this place is and we highly recommend everyone to come here and experience it yourself. Heaven in Satinwoods is our favorite place in Sri Lanka and also the food here is just the best that you can get. So if you come to this place, you should definitely try the rice and curry. From the first second we arrived at this place, we felt like staying in paradise. We were welcomed with a fresh juice, some wet towels to refresh our faces and a flower necklace. The rooms are very spacious, there is an A/C in every apartment and it is very clean. Also you have drinking water in the room, so you don’t need to buy water. You can just bring empty water bottles and reuse them, which is really great. Also this place has a wonderful garden with many beautiful trees, plants and flowers and you can watch many different animals like giant squirrels and really beautiful birds! Situato a Tissamaharama, a 2,5 km da Tissa Wewa, Blue Birds Tissa & Yala safari prevede un giardino, un parcheggio privato gratuito, una sala comune e una terrazza. Tutto stupendo! Priya è stato gentilissimo, fin dal primo contatto whatsapp in cui abbiamo chiesto info per il safari a Yala, ci ha organizzato il trasferimento da Mirissa a lì e anche quello per Ella quando siamo andati via, prezzo onestissimo, sia per la camera che per i transfer e il safari. Sul serio. Per qualsiasi cosa chiedete a lui! Ci ha portato gratuitamente con il tuk tuk anche a fare bird watching nel lago in zona, abbiamo visto un sacco di animali (coccodrilli, uccelli, serpenti, pipistrelli). Sono persone che lo fanno con il cuore, non per approfittare dei turisti e per me questa è veramente la cosa più spettacolare!

Posizionato a 3,7 km da Tissa Wewa e 29 km da Parco nazionale Bundala, Kethaka Aga propone camere a Tissamaharama. Soluzione di charme, con elementi architettonici e di design inattesi. Piscina accogliente dopo il Safari. Host molto gentile e proattivo, ci ha aiutato a risolvere un problema con la guida.
