We booked last minute for just one night, we were lucky to find the Terrace, a small, simple and incredibly peaceful place. The room was clean and spacious, overlooking the valley, good breakfast. Host Ashan is incredibly kind and helpful. Location is a 9 min tuktuk ride from the heart of Kandy (the hotel has one) which is absolutely worth it to enjoy the view and peaceful stay at Terrace Kandy. AC works fine. The owners are friendly and approachable. They recommend us things to do in Kandy as well as easy way to catch the train.

This is a good hostel with lots of facilities. The owners are very helpful and friendly. We are happy to have met Yama. If we come to Kandy again, we will definitely stay here again. The room was really clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay there.
