Mientras estábamos en la terraza vimos pasar ciervos fue una experiencia mágica. Nos gestionaron la recogida en nuestro hotel en Ella y el Safari, pudimos llegar a un acuerdo en el precio. Nos llevaron a la estación de guagua y mientras esperabamos nos dieron fruta. Nos parecio un trato excelente.

Kirinda Paradise Yala está en Kirinda, a 5 min a pie de Playa de Kirinda, y dispone de alojamiento con piscina al aire libre, parking privado gratis, jardín y terraza. I loved a lot that the staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool was clean and at any time accessible, the rooms were tidy, clean, and very spacious. Large balcony, private and quiet. The location was great too. I spent there 2 nights and it was very relaxing. The breakfast was delicious too. Definitely recommend this place. Great value for the money!

JAMI River Side Hotel & Yala Safari Place se encuentra en Tissamaharama, a 2,1 km de Tissa Wewa, y ofrece alojamiento con bicicletas gratis, parking privado gratis, jardín y salón de uso común. 5* service! Su welcomed me with a big hug and that kidness was constant during my short stay. She brough me a passion fruit juice after my long trip and woke me up with a coffee for the safari. Her husband was waiting with me to help me catch the right bus. The room was spotless, clean and comfortable with a nice balcony.

I can't say enough great things about this homestay! They arranged our transfer from Ella and arranged a morning and afternoon safari for us. We were greeted with a delicious cold coconut water, in the coconut. We chose the breakfast and dinner option which makes so much sense because the town is a bit of a walk and after a safari all day (4:30 am to 6:30 pm) it is great to have dinner at the homestay. Both dinners we had were excellent, I think the best food we've had in Sri Lanka! They also pack a breakfast to go on your safari day because of leaving so early. When you wake up they have coffee and bananas for you before leaving. Our room was a great size, ac and hot water worked well. The owners are very kind, friendly and even drove us to the bus stop, stayed with us and made sure we got on the right bus. I highly recommend Tissa Rainbow for your stay while exploring Yala National Park, you won't regret it!

Mailagama Cinnamon Residence se encuentra en Kataragama, a 21 km de Situlpawwa y a 22 km de Tissa Wewa. Ofrece alojamiento con jardín y wifi gratis, además de parking privado gratis. Todo estaba perfecto, TV, limpio, sin ruido, ducha caliente… Muy buena atención del encargado, súper amable. Buen sitio para quedarse antes de ir al parque de Yala.

Lake Front Yala Safari se encuentra en Kataragama, a 18 km de Tissa Wewa, y ofrece alojamiento con jardín, parking privado gratis y terraza. My hosts couldn’t have made me feel any more welcome. They are kind and generous. As a single female traveller I felt very secure in their compound. I strongly advice you book your safari with your host. He’s a confident driver with a keen eye for leopards. Don’t think saving money will serve you well, take a private tour. The guest house is situated close to the park and near to the road the dissects the park. Take an evening safari on the road if you can. The accommodation is very clean. I found it hard to leave these lovely people.

Blue Birds Tissa & Yala safari se encuentra en Tissamaharama, a 2,5 km de Tissa Wewa, y ofrece alojamiento con jardín, parking privado gratis, salón de uso común y terraza. The owner of the guesthouse is very warm-hearted and trustworthy. On the first day of our stay, he took us on a free bird-watching tour, and we also saw bats and crocodiles. He was very professional! He helped with everything, making us feel completely at ease. Since we only had half a day for the safari and returned early, he took us for an owl and bird-watching trip at noon. The safari driver arranged by our private driver wasn't very good, and we saw nothing on two trips. In the end, because we really wanted to see a leopard, we returned from Mirissa and joined the safari the next day. The driver the owner arranged was highly professional and shared a lot of expert knowledge with us. The owner even joined us, which really made us feel safe and reassured. Highly recommended!

Kethaka Aga, que está a 3,7 km de Tissa Wewa y a 29 km de Parque Nacional Bundala, ofrece habitaciones en Tissamaharama. Tienen una villa preciosa,tranquila y con una decoración que crea un ambiente acogedor y relajante. El personal es super atento y amable y hace que te sientas en casa. Nos ayudaron a pedir comida a un restaurante cercano y cenamos en la piscina del hotel. Además el encargado nos contó un montón de cosas interesantes de la zona La piscina es una maravilla. Muy recomendable.

Lake Face Cabana está en Tissamaharama, a 4,5 km de Tissa Wewa, y dispone de alojamiento con bicicletas gratis, parking privado gratis, jardín y terraza. We had an incredible time at the lake face cabana. One of our highlights in Sri Lanka. We stayed at a cabin for 2 nights so we can do an early morning Safari at Yala National Park. The location is like a hidden Oasis. It’s in the middle of nature, overlooking a beautiful lake full of charm and wild (harmless) animals. What’s most amazing are the owners family of this hotel. Hard working parents with two young daughters who from the moment we stepped in made us feel like we are visiting family. Very friendly, with very impressive story of resilience and hard work to get to where they are today. The food was so delicious, cooked with love by the owner. We had dream breakfasts, tea and fruit platters, all sorts of juices and of course delicious rice and curry (the best we had in Sri Lanka) For the Safari we booked through the company which was recommended through this hotel, and we were picked up at 4:30 for a 30-40 minutes drive to the national park. The owner also offered for us a free tour in the nearby area to see the fruit bats which are very impressive to watch. You can also watch all sorts of birds and wild life while sitting in the balcony of the Cabana which was magical. We didn’t want to leave in the last day, and saying goodbye to the family was the hardest as it felt we were saying goodbye to family. Certainly the best part of our Sri Lanka trip. And we will definitely go back again.

Suduweli Beauties of Nature - Yala se encuentra en Kirinda, a 2,1 km de Playa de Kirinda, y ofrece alojamiento con bicicletas gratis, parking privado gratis, jardín y restaurante. Todo!!! Principalmente la calidad humana de Shanta y Karin!! Nos recibieron muy bien, con refrescos y algo para comer ya que hacia muchísimo calor. Muy buena comunicación, respondieron siempre a nuestra preguntas (por WhatsApp antes de llegar y luego ahí mismo en el lugar ya que están súper presentes). Con ellos contratamos el safari por el parque Yala y estuvo genial!!! En el safari nos dieron desayuno, nos recogieron del hotel y nos dejaron luego en la puerta del hotel. Elegimos una habitación sin aire acondicionado (solo ventilador) y sin baño privado (no dan jabón ni shampoo en este tipo de aseos) y estuvo bien. Antes del ir al safari, a las 4h30 am, Karin se levantó y nos preparó un café con unas galletas para comer, un amor!!! Valoramos mucho ese gesto!! La ubicación está muy bien, a pocos metros hay un restaurante donde se come súper bien (Yala Wild heart restaurant) y queda cerca del parque Yala. Lo recomendamos al 100%, sin dudas!!!
