Beautiful hotel in a convenient but quiet location north of Zagora with beautiful bedrooms and possibly the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in! The beautiful gardens around the central pool are a real oasis of calm and relaxation. What a wonderful place to return to after adventuring in the area. Dinner and breakfast were delicious and incredibly generous! And the staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful. Nureddin speaks several languages including excellent English. Local expeditions, activities and guides can be arranged through the hotel. Top recommendation!

Ibrahim e sua moglie sono persone fantastiche desiderose di coccolarvi e di aiutarvi a scoprire il vero volto del Marocco. La cucina è squisita e la disponibilità imbarazzante. Una splendida occasione per scoprire questo bellissimo paese nella sua vera essenza. Grazie a loro ho potuto fare una gita di due giorni nel deserto accompagnato da Joussef una guida capace attenta e molto simpatica soggiornando nel suo accampamento per una notte ad un prezzo a dir poco concorrenziale. Da fare assolutamente!

We didn't give it a 10 only because we found the price a bit on the high side compared to all the other places we stayed at during our 24 days road trip.

Ubicato a Agdz, Kasbah Maktob Tamnougalt offre un giardino, una terrazza, un ristorante e il WiFi gratuito in tutta la struttura. This was probably the best place my family and I have ever stayed. It was so romantic and atmospheric it had a dreamlike or filmic quality about it (which is apt because I was told by a guide who took us around the ruins of the ruins of the fortified village that it had been used as a set for films starring Brad Pitt, George Cluney, and various others!) Mustapha is an amazing person, a true hero to have rebuilt this historic Kasbah with his own hands over years. The palmerie and views are second to none, and the breakfast, hospitality and food were amazing. Next time we will stay longer.

Tutto ok. L'acqua della doccia era caldissima, la colazione ottima ed abbondante, personale disponibile e gentile anche la gattina che abita nella struttura. Il proprietario parla inglese francese e un po'di Italiano.

Situato ad Agdz, a 6 km dal punto panoramico di Tamnougalt, il Dar Jnane - La Maison Du Jardin offre camere climatizzate, una terrazza, viste sul giardino, un ristorante e, gratuitamente, il WiFi in... This is one of our favourite places to stay in Morocco! It has a great location on the edge of the palmerie, the facilities are beautifully designed and well maintained, the food is outstanding, and the staff are wonderful.

We originally didn't plan on eating at the accommodation but we arrived a bit later than expected and asked when we arrived if it would still be possible (even though we originally confirmed that we wouldn't that morning). The host was very welcoming and whipped up one of the most delicious meals we ate in Morocco! Nice, clean rooms and a great pool!

This is an absolutely charming oasis in Adgez. Everything, from the furnishings to the food, is of the most tasteful quality and presentation, giving guests/visitors a truly authentic experience of Morocco within its walls. Each apartment is positioned for privacy, and all surround the central area of the large pools, with loungers to relax under the shade of the palms and trees. Our apartment was large (sleeps 4), and it's walls painted in those gorgeous blue and ochre colours, with an open fireplace (which we used as it was cold enough, being winter), and selectively furnished with antiques. The compact dining/entertainment hall is centrally located in the enclave, and lovingly furnished with Moroccan art, crafts and antiques. The terrace on its roof is a lovely place to unwind and relax. The food (breakfast & dinner) is exceptional, local, fresh, and delicious, and substantial. The owner is most courteous, helpful, and his heart and soul permeates through every pore of this wonderful kasbah. I highly recommend a stay here, and it is a perfect place for a group.
