Lovely location as it’s on the back of a wee farm type thing so remote and peaceful but Roxburgh only about 5 minutes drive. Clean, comfortable, tidy furnishings and loved the outdoor table. Also had a friendly horse in the paddock opposite and close to the cottage that would come over for a pat.
