It was really good value for money and we would definitely stay here again.

There’s a hike right from the cabin, and owner Mark is full of good advice of 1,000 other things to do in the region. It’s a relaxed place with a shared kitchen kept neat and tidy and well-equipped. We were there as a couple and enjoyed meeting other travellers, but the place can also be booked for big groups which would be excellent for mountain biking enthusiasts and others. The climb up to the platform bed is pretty steep but the bed was cozy and firm and comfortable.

I had my heart set on Joya Garden cottage the moment I saw it, and it did not disappoint. Everything about it was picture-perfect; Paulina decorated the place beautifully; it had everything we needed and more. The location was secluded yet within walking distance from the town centre. Paulina was a wonderful host and made us feel at home; we would definitely book again should we ever come to Nelson. Thank you

Everything. From the moment you walk into the place you’re greeted with a welcome sign and chocolates. The place smells amazing and the air conditioner was blowing which was great because it was a hot on the day we arrived. There was a lot of space and everything was so clean. There were also drinks in the fridge which was a nice add after traveling. The location is very walkable to restaurants and the neighborhood is cute and quiet. I felt very safe and enjoyed my evening walk following dinner.

He picked me up at the airport at 10pm and dropped me off the next morning. The apartment was immaculate and very quiet. I highly recommend it when in need of a place close to the Nelson airport.
