Only 1 km from the centre of Maribor, the Črni Baron Pension Black Baron is located in Malečnik, 20 metres from a bus stop. Very nice hosts, greeted us with schnapps. Family rooms have an upstairs with 2 single beds and separate bathroom. Downstairs is a queen and 2nd bathroom. Nice linens. Small refrigerator in room. Wonderful breakfast. Apples and water to go! The meal in the restaurant was also good comfort food and huge portions.

A lovely place held by very nice people. We had a perfect family room, two big separate bedrooms, a big enough bathroom with a spacious shower. The garden, minigolf and playground were a great surprise.

They also reserved a table for dinner for us without us having to ask for it. He is there and very hands on and it shows in his staff. Great Team and very friendly with great food from lunch to dinner and breakfast the next morning! We will come again for sure!
