This is one of the coolest hotels we've ever stayed in! The art, the building, the restaurant/bar, the room...everything was great. We were fortunate enough to also be part of International Women's Day, so the gallery was filled with art created by African women, and there was actually an event to meet and speak to the artists. There was also a concert on the rooftop restaurant/bar (the food is creative and tasty!), which was super cool. The location is great, you can catch a taxi to any part of the city easily. There's a little supermarket in front for water, snacks, etc. Our tastefully-decorated room was quiet despite the craziness of Dakar, the bed was comfortable, and it was very clean. The breakfast was also very good, and nice to eat in the patio. And lastly, the hostess Loman, is a super-lovely woman who made us feel very welcome and comfortable and went out of her way to make sure we were. When we go back to Dakar (and we will!), this is the only place we'll stay!!! Thanks!

The best hotel in Dakar. The villa is tastefully decorated. The staff is extremely friendly, helpful, and nice. The food was very good. The room was really clean and quiet, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The terrace was really nice, too. I would recommend it to anyone.

We stay only one night, and came very late. Owner was incredible friendly, he met us downstairs. In the morning he help us with our problems. We feel like in friend house. Thank You Sonu. The support and hospitality of the owner and caretaker were beyond expectations. They were timely in response and very helpful in assisting with our sight seeing activities and car service. Very warm welcome even though we arrived very late to the property. Issa the caretaker had a very positive and can-do attitude. The owner’s support was phenomenal. Would definitely stay at this location again.
