Proprietatea are un birou de turism și WiFi gratuit. it is just by the beach, dont expect any housekeeping and so on. it is just a room with 3 beds. before you rent this property. make sure you are not coming as a family because the beach bar started at 8pm and will finish at 4am. The music is so loud and even the bass can shake the property but if you are a party person and all ur purpose in phi phi is to party. so here is the best place for you guys.

Booked last minute, this was the cheapest room with airconditioning that we could find. Brand new aircon. Had a great two nights. Quiet location compared to the center. The staff are nice and there’s coffee and tea at reception in the morning.

It's definitely the place to stay in Weligama! it's very close to Outpost coworking for remote workers and the beach, everything is nearby. The most important is the warm welcome I had from the owner and his wife! I stayed for one month and felt very safe, for a solo female traveller it's priceless, the owner genuinely helped me to get a very good motorbike and brought me a dressing for my clothes, they always answered my requests very quickly, it really felt like home. The rooms are very clean, the kitchen is decent, I would stay more if I could and if I come back to Weligama, I'll stay here for sure. Thank you for everything and for the very delicious breakfast you made for my last day.
