The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is amazing, only a few metres from the sea, the street night market, supermarkets, retaurants etc. Very easy to get to from the bus station. Only 100baht for a mini van ride.

The manager, Ms. Somsong, is one of the kindest, warmest, most welcoming people I've ever encountered in my seven decades on this planet. The guest house is a three-minute walk from a large, modern mall with a huge grocery store and numerous modestly-priced eateries. And even at my slow pace, I could walk to the beach in less than ten minutes. We also used the laundry service and for a reasonable rate our clothes came back clean, fragrant and neatly folded. If ten stars is the top rating, this place gets eleven. It is highly recommended.

We really enjoyed our time at Baan Mahasamut and definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing, beautiful, and natural getaway. We extended our stay twice 😂 and appreciated exploring Pranburi for 15 days. The rooms are nice, beautiful, and comfortable. บ้านณัฐวรรณ หัวหิน - Baan Nattawan Huahin se encuentra en Hua Hin, a 3,6 km de Klai Kangwon Palace y a 3,6 km de Palacio Klai Kangwon. The place was amazing and a great value for money. The koi fish swimming around is so relaxing. The staff were incredibly catering and helpful. Because there is water outside your front door the staff made sure to give us loads of sprays and incense against mosquitos. They were absolutely lovely. We felt like we were in an oasis away from the hustle and bustle of the town.
