Bellissima villa, arredata e decorata con gusto, personalità ed eleganza. Stanze spaziose, curate, comode. Tutto pulitissimo, staff gentile e disponibile. I proprietari sono accoglienti, gentilissimi e propositivi. Davvero una bella scoperta.

Posizionato a La Marsa e distante 100 metri da Plage de la Corniche, The 18, Marsa Guest House mette a disposizione il servizio concierge, camere non fumatori, un giardino, il WiFi gratuito in tutta... It's a very pretty and quaint place, perfect for relaxation. The courtyard is dominated by a pink peppercorn tree which is surrounded by blossomed plants and shrubs. Simba the cat lounges on the outdoor seating. Check out the photos (the room photo is from when I was leaving, it was much tidier when I arrived) The location is amazing! The La Marsa downtown and the TGM train station which connects to Sidi Bou Said, Carthage, and Tunis is a 2 minute walk away. My room was fantastic, it had everything I needed. However, the doorway into the bathroom area was a bit small (for me as 189 cm tall guy) so if you're a big person, might be a bit tight but easily manageable. The bathroom and toilet areas are normal sized. Except for that nitpick, no other faults. Said and Fufu are fantastic hosts and made me feel like a part of the family throughout my stay. Said is a very fun and interesting person to talk to, I had some great conversations with him. Overall, a very kind-hearted couple! If you are a solo traveller and this is your first time in Tunisia (like it was for me) I would highly recommend this place. La Marsa is a safe neighbourhood and well connected to the nearby sites.

The hosts were absolutely charming and helped us greatly finding points of interests and places to go to. The rooms were clean and as expected. The garden and patio were absolutely lovely! Expect adorable cats and tortoise accompanying your meals and looking absolutely adorable

Dar Souad offre una piscina all'aperto, un giardino, una sala comune e una terrazza a La Marsa. For many reasons we were very pleased with our four-night stay at Dar Souad. One reason for that is that our accommodation was very comfortable. The rooms were large and bright, attractively furnished and well-equipped. The beds were comfortable, the showers excellent, and one room had a good-sized balcony with two large deck chairs. Another reason is that Dar Souad is filled with furniture and furnishings of great beauty -- tiles, lamps, chests, and much more. The internal courtyard with its pool, plants and art objects is especially attractive. Moreover, there are many very attractive places to sit and to talk or to read or to sip cool drinks. In addition, staff were friendly and helpful. A very special feature of Dar Souad is the quality -- and indeed the diversity -- of the cuisine. Breakfast was an exciting meal with numerous familiar and unfamiliar items -- all fresh, tasty and harmonious. We ordered dinner for three evenings and were delighted with the results. Every dish was flavourful but never heavy or exaggerated. We certainly recommend the tagines and the Ottoman ragout. Seasonal vegetables were featured. It was March, and artichokes, peas, and carrots were abundant. Desserts were always a real treat. In short, we very much appreciated the refined, delicate and tasty meals. The location of Dar Souad suited us well, especially as we had a car. The various Punic and Roman sites in Carthage were easy to reach; driving to the Medina and to the fabulous Bardo Museum took time, but neither trip was problematic and parking was not a problem. Parking near the Dar Souad was also not a problem.

We had a lovely stay here and the experience felt a lot like a mix between a hotel and a bed and breakfast. In fact, it really felt like we were simply staying in a lovely house and that we lived there always. It's a beautiful house and we had a wonderful room. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The concierge/manager Arij was so lovely and she and her team went above and beyond one night to make us a really special dinner experience in the house. Contacting her for anything we needed was easy and quick and she really cared about making our stay the best it could be.

Ho avuto un piccolo contrattempo e il gestore si era anche offerto per rimborsarmi seduta stante l'importo pagato, ho rifiutato sia perché il disagio che ho avuto non é stato per colpa sua e sia perché si é dimostrato persona disponibilissima. La colazione, fatta in struttura esterna, era abbondante. Parcheggio privato.

Situato nella città di La Marsa, a soli 2 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia di La Marsa Cubes, il Dar Marsa Cubes vanta il tipico design tunisino, una piscina all'aperto e una terrazza con vista sul mare.... The property was beautiful and very cozy. The staff at the house were absolutely a joy to be around. The breakfast they prepared was delicious and if we needed anything they were always available to assist.
