She helped with taxi rides, and when my son lost his phone, she helped us find it. The beds were very comfortable, the room was large enough for our family of four, and we enjoyed our breakfast. The location was perfect. It is within walking distance of the rail station, and several great restaurants nearby. I would highly recommend!
