I really liked the place is well organized, that all rules are clear and that it has quiet hours from 10pm to 7am. It shows that the owner wants to exceed expectations by always kindly answering any requests.

Suzann and Tyler went above and beyond to make sure the check in process is smooth, and we feel really welcomed!! They were able to provide additional information about what to visit and how to get around. (including a map) We came for honeymoon and book outside of their regular date/time schedules, they didn’t cancel us but rather even provided us with a heartwarming surprise! It was raining when we arrived in Vieques, they were more worried than us so we might not have a good experience :P, but ever since meeting with them and checking in the hotel, it’s all great things that happened. the rain stopped and we were able to do all the activities that we planned to do - our good luck started from them, from their kindness and warm welcomes!

Eileen worked so hard to please us and made sure that we got the best of this short vacation. She contacted us even before we started our journey giving us guidance to arrive safely to her location. She stayed with us from the time we landed in San Juan after 2:00 AM, made sure we get to her place with clear instructions. She was waiting for us that early and opened the door herself smiling and showing us our place with all the amenities. She made sure that we could wake her up any time if we need her. In the morning, she has a list of prepared recommendations where we can eat, shop, and places to visit. She let us use her kitchen. She noticed that I have allergy. She offered medication. She even went to the extent that she washed and dried our clothes. Her place is very cozy and clean, with all the amenities and privacy in a very safe place central to all highways and shopping centers.
