Vy Khanh Guesthouse is located in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City, a short 700-metre walk from the popular Ben Thanh Market. Vy was a wonderful host - communicative and supportive in managing the chaos of Ho Chi Minh City. The room and bathroom were spotless and the location was excellent in terms of food and shopping. I think this is the best value room that you can find in district 1 at this price point. I have stayed in other hotels around Vietnam and often this price point means sacrificing a private bathroom or a window.

SAIGONESE Studio ตั้งอยู่ในโฮจิมินห์ซิตี้ ห่างจากตลาดทันดินห์ ไม่เกิน 600 ม. We had a fantastic stay at Saigonese Studios. The location is perfect, and the rooftop apartment with its private terrace was a real highlight. The soundproofing was excellent — we didn’t hear any street noise at all. The staff were wonderful and made us feel right at home. Overall, a great experience, and we’d 100% stay here again next time we’re in town. We also brought our dog, and that was no problem at all.

The room is nice, spacious, neat and clean. The price is also affordable, worth it with the room size at Ho Chi Minh. The location is also good, quiet area so it's not noisy, near Aeon Citymart so it's easy to shop and there is a way to the main road. The owner is also nice and friendly.

Such good value for money just off pub street. The owner is so friendly, the room is comfortable and clean and has everything you could need. We would definitely recommend!

Our hosts were a lovely couple who provided us with lots of water and fruits, helped us find a laundry place and kept our bag safe while we travelled elsewhere for a few days. The room was spacious and clean. There was plenty of air conditioning and hot water. Location is in a quiet alley close enough to good restaurants and cafes. 20 minute walk to main downtown area.

Such a warm welcome from Mr Ishida Yasuhiko ,the owner, and all of the staff, they did everything possible to make our stay perfect ( Zuyen needs a special mention here). The location is great, in a quiet alley, in an area of interesting back streets and alleys, where you feel you're in the real city, not just another tourist area,yet only a short walk to the centre. The rooms are clean and comfortable and have all you could need. Breakfast was great, they made special vegetarian food for us each morning, it's great to start the day without having to face the streets in search of food. Ms Huong was an excellent Host and she helped us in every possible way she could whenever required.The property is also located at a great place with lots of local Vietnamese cuisine nearby.I recommend staying here.
