The overall experience is awesome, surrounded with nature. The staff were friendly, helpful and responsive. Requested to borrow the universal adapter, the staff. Immediately sent to my room to resolve our panic as the phone battery was dying. Not to mention, their food is nice especially the duck bertutu, a must try food.

This place is a gem! It was absolutely perfect for my 1st 3 nights back in Bali after 10 years since my last trip. It is absolutely exquisite. It had everything I could need - the bed was comfortable, mozzie nets, aircon, the bathroom outside was amazing. The pool sublime I had the place almost to myself. Highly recommend it. I was in the Dream Room I think. Tried to book the big Imagine room for when my family arrived but it was booked. Breakfast was amazing. Couldn't believe my luck when I was served such deliciousness in my suite..I kept pinching myself that it wasn't a dream. Go!

- staff i would rate 10.. so humble so polite and always greeting you with a smile on their face. We faced some problem with the AC but the staff immediately provided a fan for us also next day they fixed the AC too. Location i would rate 8 as it was a little inside but it wasnt a problem for us Over all we had a great time. thank you soo much for making our stay special

Excellent hotel. A very nice hotel a little outside the center of Ubud. The hotel transports to the center and back at any time. They arranged a ride for us wherever we wanted. They also organized all the excursions. When we were having a lunch outside the hotel and it started to rain hevily they came to pick us up. All free of charge. The location of the hotel is excellent. The entire hotel area is well maintained and there are beautiful sitting areas. We stayed in two different rooms, both of which were very clean and absolutely super beautiful. The hotel employees were very friendly and helpful. The small gym is also a big plus. Even though the gym was small, you could do a good workout there. The gym contained a squat rack, treadmill, cross trainer, dumbbells, discs and two benches. If we come to Ubud again we will definitely come

    Swimming pool a good size and the bungalow was very private with its own garden. Great breakfast, generous portions, especially the fruit plate. Particularly liked the spicy rice porridge! Coffee was really tasty. Our host Kadek was charming, cheerful and helpful!
