Located in the beautiful village of Kaliviani on the road to breathtaking Balos bay. Amazing view! Beach can be reached on foot in 20 to 25 minutes. Several really good restaurants in the village. Perfect location for trips in the South West of the island when you have a car. Also really nice spot fo a hike to Balos bay or Falasarna beach. Ioannis is a perfect host and i really eager to help in case you have some questions. Bed was perfect and place was really calm and quiet during the night. Will definitly come back!

Helen and Spiros are incredibly welcoming hosts, they answered all our questions and gave us suggestions for sights to see and places to visit. The room was very clean and neat and it was tidied up daily. They loaned us beach equipment and even baked us some afternoon treats. We stayed at the Lemon house, which was increadible and had everything we could possibly need for our week stay and the pool area was perfect for relaxing when we didn't feel like driving anywhere. We couldn't be more pleased and if we were ever coming back to Crete the first thing we would do is check if the Guesthouse was available.

The staff was extremely kind és compliant. Their hospitality was awesome. ( The landlady welcame us with homemade cake. :) ) The shuttle sevice from and back to the airport was safe, precise and enjoyable. Cleanliness was impeccable. We were properly guided and informed over any matter concerned our stay and entertainment 24/7. Our deepest appreciation for this wonderful experience.

The room is located in a very quiet street just 100 meters away from “Gramboussa” one of the best restaurants on the island, on the road to Balos lagoon and in a position that is convenient to visit the best beaches of the west side of Crete. The little garden is the perfect place where to relax after a great meal looking at the stars under the wonderful trees. You will find here everything you need and even more, we traveled as a couple and we were astonished from the kindness of the owners, mother and daughter that made the experience seamless, they gave us great tips on where to go, the restaurants worth visiting and what to do in the area. Thank you so much again, you really made our holidays :)

The accommodation is only 10 minutes—a walk from the supermarket and the bus station, in front of the beach and close to some fantastic tavernas. After a nice walk of 40 minutes along the seaside, you could reach the tiny pink beach of Kolimbito and the small port of Falsarna. Super confrontable.

A very enjoyable stay, just wished I could have stayed longer. Friendly and helpful owners. Tasteful decor in old Cretan style. Clean, peaceful garden setting, comfortable bed. Eleas Thea just up the road is the perfect place to eat.

We particularly like this type of accommodation. Athena was very nice. We talked a lot and he recommended shops, restaurants and programs. He was always smiling. The room is clean and tidy, the garden is wonderful. Eating breakfast in the summer kitchen was a perfect start to the day.

I like the appartement and the terrace. The position is excellent, a few km to the Elafonissi and Kedadros beach.The stuff was very hellpfull.
