Everything about the place is amazing. The host are very welcoming and the breakfast was delicious. Very helpful in every aspect. They also provide bike rental. You can keep your bags there after checkout and later collect when you are ready to leave. Rose and her brother were very helpful in recommending activities we can do. Thier mother's cooking is very good and breakfast served is very fulfilling and made with loads of love. Highly recommend this place!!

If you could say one thing about September Garden Homestay it would be there hospitality is next level excellent. Every morning they shared breakfast with me, including warm pho on cold rainy day. Ai was incredibly generous. They offered me a bike to cycle around and dropped me off where I asked to be. They checked in with me regularly. I arrived with very few clothes (because our luggage got lost) and I was greeted with an array of clothing options to try on from Ai's husband (literally offering the clothes of their back). This kind of generosity is very rare and much appreciated. I would stay again - just for their kindness and warmth alone. But the property is also beautiful.

Perfect location. Beautiful area. Very close to Xuan Huong Lake. The host is absolutely wonderful — very friendly, responsive and always ready to help and solve any issue. The room is comfortable and very clean.

Lovely room with the kindest owner. Beautiful room layout that invites for a longer stay. It was perfectly clean and I especially loved the shower. There’s even a closet. Located in a calm street, lovely little sitting area in the entry, self check in was possible and the owner was always available for any needs. 100% recommend!! Price was also unbeatable for what you get.
