We had a very warm welcome when we arrived and had a very lovely apartment with everything we could need. The breakfast was good and plentiful and would have had something for every taste. Staff were friendly and the rooms were cleaned spotlessly by the time we returned from Breakfast each day. Location wise the hotel is right next to the main walking areas in Obergurgl so access was very easy.

Clean, warm, well decorated and well equipped. Our host was amazing. We arrived late by public transport and asked where we could eat in the village. This wasn’t possible but he offered to drive us to a neighbouring village. We didn’t wish to inconvenience him so declined his kind offer. A little later he arrived at our room door with a plate of bread, ham and cheese with some beer. So welcome and unexpected - what great customer service.

A half hour drive takes you to Kirchberg in Tyrol where there is free parking and a free shuttle train which takes you into Kitzbuhel itself. Perfect
