She personally took me to three places to try to get cash out or cash back because I was having difficulty with the pin on my VISA cards! This was service above and beyond!

Owned and managed by a lovely lady and her family who were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. They can book all the tours and transportation you need in San Ignacio and surrounding for you. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable, specious and clean. There is also a roof top overlooking the town. In the morning complimentary fresh coffee and light breakfast are served. I would sincerely recommend this place to anyone staying in a beautiful town of San Ignacio.
