Practical rooms with free Wi-Fi are offered only a 10-minute walk from the seaside in Puerto Natales. The bus station is 600 metres away and there is a spacious shared kitchen area. Everythins is perfect, Juan is a real awesome!

It feels like you are a guest in Gustav and Pedro’s house. We stayed five nights and were very comfortable. A great kitchen and lounge area to spend time if the weather is bad outside! It was very cozy and comfortable with the hosts willing to help with any questions or concerns despite the language barrier.

The room was a lovely size for a single bed occupancy, and the bed was very comfy. There was a tv in the room with Netflix, and the wi fi worked perfectly. The casa was in a good location, around a 10 minute walk from the Bus Sur bus station and the tourist Cemetery. The waterfront could be seen from the casa and was around a 5 minute walk. From there, by walking along to the right along the waterfront you can see several landmarks, and end up in the city. The kitchen had good facilities if you want to cook for yourself, and a very nice breakfast was included, served by Felipe. My favourite thing in this accommodation was the cat Chiddy, she is never in the way, but is a lovely friendly cat! The journey to the airport was only about 20 minutes in an Uber, and Felipe was there to help me ensure the Uber arrived at the right place.

Definitely the best hostel I stayed at in Patagonia but probably the best I ever stayed at:) a very nice, family -run hostel with Victoria, the nicest and friendliest staff who really cares about the guests' comfort and makes sure that everyone enjoys their stay there:) The room was warm with unbelievably comfortable beds, I especially loved the blanket. The common area is nicely designed and the breakfast was also exceptionally great. Showers are clean, smell good and the towels are just sooo soft. I really miss the place and would have loved to stay more! I look forward to returning one day:)

Fabian was the most incredible host. He was extraordinarily helpful and went out of his way to accommodate us and to make our stay comfortable. We will be back!

They responded to any and all queries and the husband came to pick us up from the Airport for 9000CLP, cheaper than buses or taxis. It's located in their house on the upper part of the city, and guests live upstairs: they have 3 guest rooms, all well furnished with very comfortable beds. Multiple outlets in the common area (which has coffee, tea, a tv with Netflix/YouTube, and a cozy sofa) and the rooms. The bathroom and shower are very comfortable, and are shared between guests (no problem in having to wait though). The breakfast includes toast, orange juice, coffee, scrambled eggs, jam, cheese... very complete. They let us leave our bags the next day even after checkout for free as we went to roam the town before heading for Puerto Natales. Amazing, would recommend and come back anytime.
