The location was excellent—a few minutes from Fussen and the castles. The breakfast was great. The staff was very friendly and willing to answer any questions. The room we stayed in had a view of the castles from our balcony.

Nice and clean room with a balcony and a beautiful view out of the window. I liked breakfasts there, after which I could snowboard from morning until 2-3 pm without thinking about lunch. I was given a bus card with which I could use buses for free, it was convenient to get to ski lifts. Many bars and restaurants are only 5-10 minutes away on foot.

Fiber optic connection with high-performance WiFi (free of charge) and a sun terrace with stunning view of the Allgäu Alps, Berghof Mehlan is located in Fischen, 2.5 km from Oberstdorf. Berghof Mehlan was absolutely fantastic. It was very close to everything we wanted to see. The owner was helpful with describing what to see.
