Loved it here. It was a little further from the motorway than I imagined but it was worth it. Marie is so welcoming. The attention to detail in the rooms and at breakfast I can tell that when the Auberge is finished it will be incredible. I hope to visit again on my next trip driving to the South of France from the UK, to see what Marie has done. The area is so tranquil and lush.

Host very sympathetic to rural living and local produce. Very interesting ideas in sustainable living. This area is very off the beaten track but worth a visit. The route from there to the Rhone Valley was very beautiful. Here you feel in a very timeless France

SOUS LE TILLEUL à RUOMS si trova a Ruoms ed è una struttura solo adulti con una piscina all'aperto, un giardino e una terrazza. Alloggio e edificio incantevole, curato e arredato con gusto in ogni dettaglio. Pulizia impeccabile. Il giardino con il tiglio è un angolo magico che ti regala momenti di grande relax. La colazione ottima, varia e completa di buonissime torte. L’intero ambiente è molto confortevole, caldo e ti fa sentire a casa. A rendere il tutto ancora più piacevole sono gli host- Sabine e Roger- che ti fanno sentire accolti, accuditi e ti danno preziose informazioni. Si sente che il loro è un progetto di vita, non solo business, a cui si dedicano con amore e passione. E che ringrazio

This was the perfect rural France B and B experience. The breakfast was wonderful, hosts were very friendly and accommodating. I wanted lodging near Aven d’Orgnac grottes, this was within minutes of that location. Restaurants within 10 kilometers. No bus service to this area but roads were not a problem although somewhat narrow winding through the hills. This stay was truly memorable.

You are really like with your relatives/friends: the host is very friendly and informal. The dinner (€35/person) was very very heavy (by quantity) for us, but of excellent real french taste. The menu was adopted to us in advance (the owner called us). A couple of nice friendly dogs was a big + for our kids. Swimming pool was available. Rooms are all new and well decorated and equipped. Service at dinner and breakfast was like in a 5* hotel.

Everything: large room, large bed, terrace, bbq available, shelter for our bikes, very fresh breakfast, gentle and generous hosts (they even lent me tools to repair my MTB), cute little doggy, peaceful, parking, garden.
