Such a wonderful place!! Eric at the reception gave me a warm welcome and showed me around the place and even helped carry my bags up two floors, Lukas and Silvia too were so helpful with anything that I needed and so friendly, The place is spic and span. And you can always go to the kitchen and help yourself to tea, coffee, milk, bread, cornflakes, etc. The bus stop is just outside and the Coop too. Walking distance to landmarks like the Royal Yacht Britannia, Leith waterside, etc. The name befits the place - I truly felt I had visited my friend's house!!

It’s very lovely clean and cozy stay. The room is big enough for three people. There is Netflix and Hi-speed Wifi. Also, the welcome snack is always filled up. Despite the self-checkin, Alia is very friendly and helpful. Nothing to be worry. However, It is a bit far for walking to the city (but valuable though). You can easily take bus which the nearest stop is only 1-2 minute walk.

Host was incredible and nothing was too much to ask. The four poster room was incredibly cosy and the perfect setting for our Christmas break.
