Mountain Ecolodge se află în Gubukklakah, la aproximativ 23 km de Velodrome Malang și la 24 km de Bentoel Museum. This is the biggest surprise of my Indonesia trip! This place located in a small town near Malang. It runs by a family and Mrs. Mary took 2 of her independent rooms as hotel. There is super nice mountain view and the whole atmosphere is sooo chill. The room is quite big. The host even gave us some passion fruits and papaya grown from their farm. It is not far from Mt. Bromo and Tumpak Sewu - both takes 1.5h to drive there. There are hardly any tourists in this small town and when we were walking to a restaurant, the people were so curious and greeting us friendly, the kids on the street waved to us and say hello. It was such an amazing experience! The sunset of with rice field view in the small town is also really really beautiful. There is also a good and modern restaurant 20 min walk from our stay and it is designed to see the sunset with a big balcony, the food is very nice too

Harry’s Ocean House was a great place to chill out for a few days, with a real family feel. Our bungalow was beautifully decorated, clean and with a very comfortable bed, we slept soooo well. The communal kitchen was welcoming and had all the equipment we needed. The beach was great for strolling along with virtually no one else there. Thanks in particular to Tina for making us welcome, for lending us bicycles and for sorting out our onward transport. We are happy to give Harry’s Ocean House 5* and recommend it to others.

His lodge is beautifully crafted, the room we stayed in was so well built & designed, a gorgeous outdoor bathroom, good working air con & a water cooler, very comfortable bed and lovely little deck area. The grounds are stunning and perfect to relax in. Hadi and his staff went above & beyond to accommodate our needs & make sure we were happy and comfortable, even posting my earphones to me when i accidentally left them in his drivers car! He is a truly wonderful host (one of the best we had in all of Indonesia) and a very kind person. We hope to come back one day soon.

They helped with everything on my trip - shared car from Bromo to Banyuwangi, and arranged transport for us in Banyuwangi at a very reasonable price. The accommodation was also extremely comfortable and value for money. Loved the cats too
