He is very knowledgeable and is thoughtful about his answers and where he takes you. Food was plentiful and we were greeted every afternoon with a delicious fruit drink. Everyone was so very nice. The bed was comfortable too. 😊

Absolutely stay here, it was a highlight of our trip! We stayed for almost a week and had such a nice time. The room is comfortable, breakfast is wonderful, the shared bathroom is no problem as only shared with one other room. We rented a moto and had fun seeing the places recommended. Shower was hot. But the star is your host - extremely helpful and caring. He even got my partner a birthday cake for his birthday, and picked us up from the bus station! He is a guide and loves to share his knowledge

We even, quite literally, were taken into her family as we had the honor of joining her family to a ceremony as guests. Learning about the area and its culture and traditions, it was really nice staying with Meyske as she explains very well and shows you the amazing sites. I would highly recommend Meyske as guide as she also makes you feel very comfortable, also while visiting ceremonies which can sometimes be intense. Besides the amazing energy and atmosphere, Meyske and her mother also prepared delicious breakfast and dinner every day. It was a very natural and local-like experience staying with Meyske and her mother. Memories we will never forget.

Views around are very beautiful. Very tasty food. Familly owning the homestay is very kind. Yansen took us to see the funeral ceremony and showed us around the town which was very interesting. He speaks very good english and is very knowledgable on the history and culture. Speaking about homestay, the rooms and facilities are clean and comfortable. There was a hot shower. Also bed was very comfortable. We rented a scooter and had a ride around town and surrounding areas, which was very beautiful. 10/10 expierence overall, would definetely recommend and I would love to come back again!
