The food was amazing! Freshly harvested from the beautiful abundant garden. There’s a pretty patio to sit and enjoy the view or you can stroll around the peaceful village. The staff were lovely, the room was clean,comfortable and nice. Great shower too. Really enjoyed my stay here.

The owners are incredibly helpful—when I fell sick on our second night in Leh, they took me to the hospital in the middle of the night. We are truly grateful for everything.

I arrived on the second night with friends who also wanted to book a room there. Instead of charging for the second room, they gave it to us for free in lieu of the first nights accommodation (2 rooms for 1 night instead of 1 room for 2 nights). I was very surprised by their generosity as it was my fault that I couldn't arrive the first night. The food was also incredible. Excellent quality and the quantity was insane. It's even more impressive when considering the remotness of the hotel. By far the best accommodation I stayed at during my entire holiday throughout India and Nepal. The customer service couldn't have been better.

Wang was incredibly kind and respectful, always making sure things ran smoothly and that guests felt at ease. He wasn’t just a host — he helped with every question, shared thoughtful tips for exploring Ladakh, and created an atmosphere that felt open and relaxed. Dolma’s fresh local bread every morning was a simple but beautiful gesture I looked forward to each day. The rooms are clean and quiet, and the garden is a peaceful spot to reflect after a day exploring. This place has heart. You don’t just stay here — you connect. Thank you for everything, Dolma, Wang, and Samir. It really meant a lot — I won’t forget this stay and hope to return one day.

Dotato di un giardino, una terrazza e vista sul fiume, Julay Guest House è un alloggio posizionato a Leh a 1,5 km da Shanti Stupa. The room was great with very hot water and plenty of space. The balcony was good too. The location was just 5 minutes from the centre.

Posizionato a Leh, a 1,6 km da Shanti Stupa e 900 metri da Soma Gompa, Raku mette a disposizione un giardino e il WiFi gratuito, oltre a un parcheggio privato gratuito per chi viaggia in auto. La struttura è curatissima, immersa in un rigoglioso e fiorito giardino, con orto e vista sulle montagne innevate. le stanze sono nuove, pulitissime, bagni immacolati con doccia calda, letti confortevoli e posizione silenziosa perchè non dà sulla strada. Colazioni servite nella veranda, ottime, sostanziose e preparate con cura al momento. Questa guesthouse è a conduzione familiare: ci tengo a ringraziare tutti i componenti della famiglia che ci hanno fatto sentire a casa, rispondendo tempestivamente a qualunque richiesta e sono stati particolarmente premurosi nell’assistermi quando ho avuto qualche problema con l’acclimatamento.
