This is my second time in Bolzano, first time in ADV Home. The rooms were clean, everything was brand new, spacious and modern. Water and juice in the fridge and great coffee in the shared kitchenette. Great location and easy parking. Andre was very helpful with restaurant recommendations and was available for questions. Highly recommend, I will definitely use it again.

Looking at the reviews, I had mixed feelings in choosing this location, but it was something that I wanted to try and it did not disappoint. The room was practically brand new and looked amazing. We had dinner after checking in, and the whole experience was great as we had the restaurant only for us. The food was super tasty here, whilst having dinner or having breakfast. If you come, you must try their cheese platter (dinner / lunch), as it will not disappoint. The breakfast is also super tasty and rich in flavors (especially the home made cheese and yogurt). The staff was nice and helpful and made the whole experience complete.

Well-received by the host even though we reached at 10pm. She was warm and responsive. The room was nice and cosy, and the bathroom was very clean and spacious. We used it as a base to explore the Dolomites - it was a little over an hour drive to Cinque Torri and Tre Cime di Lavaredo, and an hour and a half drive to Lake Braies.

The apartment was spotless, cozy, and clearly well taken care of. You can tell a lot of thought went into the little details. It had everything we needed — and more. There was plenty of space, and both beds were very comfortable with quality mattresses, which made for a great night's sleep. The bathroom was newly renovated, which was a nice bonus. The location is also super convenient — right in a tourist area. It’s close to the road, but honestly, that didn’t bother me at all. A really nice touch was the coffee and tea setup, plus some sweet treats waiting for us. There was even a mini fridge in the room, which was super handy. The host was lovely — very friendly and welcoming. Check-in was quick and smooth, and she explained everything clearly. Outside, there’s a little table where you can sit and relax, and nearby there’s free parking, a pizzeria, a bar, and a supermarket. The town itself is surrounded by mountains and looks absolutely stunning. I’d definitely recommend staying here. Just a heads-up: check-in is only between 5 PM and 7 PM, which might not be ideal for everyone.

The rate is totally true, everything was pretty clean, everything we need to have a confortable night was available, the bed is amazing and the view is incredible, the owner was one of the most kind persons I've met on booking, they are precious. As far as I've see this is the best place in terms of value, which with a car you can explore the region without any problens. There's a bus, but they are pretty rare and you need to walk some minutes to get it, for me a car or even a bike (if it's for you) is a must. I'm planning to back to visit the dolomites and I gonna back to Casa Castegner without doubt.

There's an elevator with direct access to the outside, and a garage is available for a daily fee. Everything is accessible with a keyless code, making it super convenient!
