Very cozy apartment near the cruise port and train station. After a sea cruise, we decided to stay in Civitavecchia for couple days. A wonderful apartment near the port (20 minutes slowly walk with luggage, but transport is an option too). It's right across from the station (no train noise at all, and a sea view from the window). Toni, the host, was very helpful and always available in what’s app. We asked for early check-in due to the cruise early arrival, and they accommodated us promptly. This place is on the 1st floor and has three separate apartments, each with its own bathroom, a refrigerator, and snacks (a croissant, muffin, toast, and candy). The refrigerator was stocked with water, juice, and milk. Smart TV is available. There's a common area with a kettle and coffee machine (tea bags and coffee capsules are provided). Literally a stone's throw away is a beautiful promenade with cafes and restaurants (the seafood is delicious). There's a beach with rocky entry, but you can still swim in October - the sea is warm. We had the most wonderful stay! The hosts went above and beyond. Helped us with our luggage (and children) as well as accomodating our late arrival. The room was spectacular; set up comfortably with the ac on and cold water for when we arrived. It was clean and extremely comfortable. The block out blinds helped us have a restful sleep and the sheets felt like silk. Perfectly located to the port and was walking distance to shops and places to eat. If you go for the room you will be staying for the amazing service you receive from the hosts. Highly recommend!

The host Nicola was incredibly helpful with a great deal of local knowledge. The accommodation was centrally located, clean, modern, and well maintained. Restaurants and shops are all within walking distance. Would definitely stay there again.
