Super clean room, excellent location, friendly host. Stefania is one of the best hosts I’ve ever seen. Communication was super easy, he was available every time we need to reach out. I highly recommend this place for stay.

The accommodation is in an excellent location for visiting the city and the national park. The host is extremely kind, always available and ready to help with everything. The apartment is perfectly clean, tidy and has everything necessary for a perfect vacation. All recommendations.

The accommodation was impeccably clean, quiet, and the location near the train station is perfect for exploring Cinque Terre. Communication with the host was flawless, and what impressed me the most was her care and attention: when I wanted to stay an extra night and couldn’t extend the booking through the platform, she personally took care of everything and moved me to another place just as good, also close to the station. I truly felt that the host looked after my stay, which made the experience even more enjoyable. If I return to La Spezia, I will definitely choose this place again.

The host was excellent and very helpful which was greatly appreciated after an atrocious experience at a nearby affittacamere. Everything was very easy and we managed to book and enter within the space of 30 minutes; which was a lifesaver when trucking around bags with an easily bored four year old. The room was much larger than I was expecting, and my daughter was ecstatic to get her first experience of a bunk bed when we discovered there was this option (she could have slept on the normal bed provided... but it's a bunk bed!). I would 100% recommend this place to friends and family.

This was a lovely place to stay. Very clean and nice facilities. Very near the beach. Good instructions from host how to get there.

Sooo close to the train station, the restaurants, perfect base to visit cinque terre! And the room is so nice and have a balcony, with a table to take breakfast or just relax, 10/10
