The hot bath in the facility is amazing—big rooms in Japanese style. Caretakers offered us bikes and umbrellas to protect us from the sun. Outstanding experience

The host was super kind and helpful. He picked us up from the station and we got surprised by a room with a picture perfect view on Mt. Fuji and a cup of tea. Beautiful! On the day of check-out he gave us a ride back to the station. Minutes later I found out I left my AirPods in the room... But the host immediately drove back as quick as he could to bring them back to me, just in time to get my bus! 10 star service!
