The location is great and the close towns around are just a walk away. If you like walking, its your place. The serenity , quietness and peace all around are stunning. We could feel the love put into the house during its remodeling. Admiring the way to stay as close as possible to original materials and way of building it. The living room is great and wants you to stay overlooking the rice patties all day long.

I didn’t expect a house this big and equipped. I was welcomed so caring and friendly and got help with everything I needed plus many more opportunities and offers for day trips and food options. I could even use the sounds system with their vinyls and the piano they have (really good sound!). Also, I cooked for myself in the evening with food I got in a supermarket of the next city. For a daytrip I rented an e-bike and went to the local waterfall (i was alone there!!) and to the sound shower museum, which I can highly recommend. Owner and staff are incredibly friendly and warm hearted.

The guesthouse is new and clean. It offers a view over the harbour in a calm fisherman's village. A nice swimming beach is just 5 minutes walking away. The Japanese breakfast is served in a traditional dining room of a 150 year old house. Despite of existing language barriers the owner was caring for us in a lovely manner. He even drove us around the island for a sightseeing tour! There was an employee who spoke fluent English & Korean.

Also our room has the best view facing harbour.
