I love how the space feels like coming back home, the owner is really kind, funny and I enjoy talking with him and other travelers. We sat all together and had some fun.time. The room I stayed in was a dormitory, the futon mattress was comfortable. I enjoyed the location as well. Even though it's a 30 min walk to the station, it's a really historical area and you will enjoy walking around. I highly recommend it!.

The hosts were very friendly and welcoming - there was also a breakfast included (which I didn't remember getting). The house was full of history and souvenirs which I'm sure the hosts are more than happy to talk to you about. There is also "sake nights" where the hosts offered us a chance to try different sakes. There is only one shower in the facility, so there is a booking system to reserve your shower slot.

Uchi Matsushima Guesthouse è situato a Matsushima, a 23 km da Sendai City Community Support Center e 400 metri da Entsuin Temple. Eiju is such a great host, he’s super hospitable and friendly, we had many good yarns together. my stay in Matsushima couldn’t have been any better. The rooms were super clean and comfortable and I was given many cool recommendations of things to do whilst there. I cannot recommend this place enough!
