Very nice guesthouse next to the airport. Traffic in Phnom Penh can be nasty, so I will definitely recommend staying in this guesthouse if you want to reach the airport hassle free. It is run by a very friendly family who, despite the language barrier, were helpful and welcoming at all times. The room was very clean, nice and silent AC and on the first floor.
